the AMBITIOUS GROUP CARES FOR ITS CLIENTS, CANDIDATES AND THE WORLD.

Every day our organization strives to help people and companies, along with the world that we all share. The Ambitious Group recently created the We Care program to make a difference for vulnerable people, animals, and the environment.

How does it work?

The aim of this program is to raise funds for three different charities, that were previously selected by our employees. It works as follows: the company and the recruiter can vote to support a charity after every successful placement. The charities will receive a share of the totally donated funds, based on the number of votes they have accumulated over the year. Moreover, we will engage all our stakeholders to create maximum impact! This means that our staff will be joining in various activation activities such as donation recruitment, charity events and we do all we can to involve all our partners.

Keep an eye on this page and social media accounts for further updates!

WE CARE for:

Plastic Soup Foundation
The Plastic Soup Foundation is fighting one of the largest environmental disasters of our time: the plastic pollution of our oceans and seas. The Plastic Soup Foundation does not take plastic out of the water, but they try to tackle the problem at its sources.

"Every minute, the equivalent of one full garbage truck of plastic trash is dumped in the sea. That is 1440 trucks per 24 hours and 8 billion kilos per year."

Animal Rights
Animal Rights is an official foundation registered in the Netherlands and Belgium. The foundation was established in 2009 as an action group against animal testing. Undercover footage exposing violations of animals' rights, solid research, sound arguments, life-saving actions, and powerful petitions - Animal Rights is a true voice for the weakest in society. They are active in the Netherlands and Belgium and are 100% committed to animal rights. With their newest project 'Plant-Power', the organization aims to convince young people to get started with eating more plant foods.

"With Plant Power, we want to help young people get started with eating more plant foods. The will is often there, but they know too little about the alternatives."
