When you create an account and/or update your profile the data will be stored in our database. This database is used only to match you the candidate to the right vacancy. Your information will not be shared with third parties. 

Does Ambitious People Group use cookies?

Yes we use cookies because this makes everything work smooth and secure. Cookies are used to validate your identity as you browse from page to page. Without cookies, login credentials would have to be entered before every vacancy added to wish list.

Who can see or download my resume on this website?

All of your entered information, including the information in our resume creator, is only accessible by our recruiters.

The service of Ambitious People Group is free of charge for candidates. Does this mean that you sell my data?

Our service is free of charge because we want to make sure you find the job of your dreams. All of your information is save with us and will never be shared with anyone.

How can I unsubscribe so that I no longer receive emails from Ambitious People Group?

When you are subscribed to our mailing list, you will receive an email per week with our most recent job vacancies. If you would like to unsubscribe, you can do so by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of the email.

How do I create an account?

Ambitious People Careers offers the possibility to create an account in order for you to track your personal applications, edit your personal information and to create/change your CV. There are two ways to create an account:

1) You can create an account without applying

2) You can create an account through applying

1) Create an account without applying
When you are looking for a new job and you haven’t found a matching job posting, you can create an account without having to apply. On the website of Ambitious People Careers you need to click on “Create an account”. There you will be redirected to a contact form which you need to fill out. Once you click on submit, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes. Click on the activation link and choose a username and password. Once you complete this, your account will be activated.

2) Create an account without applying
Did you find the perfect job but haven’t created an account? Not a problem, when you click the ‘apply now’ button you will see a contact form. Fill out the form and click on submit to create the account. Then you will receive an email with an activation link. Click on the activation link and choose a username and password. Once you complete this, your account will be activated. At the same time the appointed recruiter will receive your application and will contact you as soon as possible.

How do Iogin into my account?

On the top right corner of our website you can find a button called ‘Login’ button. When you click on this button, you will be redirected to a login page where you can fill out your username and password. Your username will always be the email address you used to create an account.

I forgot my password, what can I do now?

When logged out, you can find a button called ‘login’ on the top right corner of our website. On the login page you will find a link called ‘Forgot password’ on which you need to click. Fill out your email address and press send. A reset password email will be sent to the entered email.

I would like to change my password, how can I do this?

There are two ways to change your password:

  1. When logged out, you can find a button called ‘login’ on the top right corner of our website. When you click on this button, you will be redirected to a login page. Here you will find a link called ‘Forgot password’ on which you need to click. Fill out your email address and press send. A reset password email will be sent to the entered email. 
  2. When you are logged in, you can change your password by going into the portal and click on ‘Account info’. Type in the password you would like to create and verify that password by typing it in again. Then make sure to save these changes.

What is my username?

Your username is the email address you used to create your account on our website. 

Are there any costs associated with an account on Ambitious People Group?

Creating an account is completely free of charge. Create yours now!

How can I make changes to my account?

In order to change any account or profile information, you need to be logged in into your account. Once you are logged in, you can change all your information in the sections ‘Account info’ and ‘My profile’.

Candidates

Who is the contact person for the job vacancy and who should I address my CV to?

To apply for a job you can just click the ‘apply now’ button. You can also reach out to the recruiter that is mentioned on the vacancy for further information. If you are not able to find the contact person you can also send your CV to corporatere@ambitiouspeople.com

Can I apply for several positions at the same time and if so? Do I need to create a different CV or cover letter for each position?

Yes it is possible to apply for several positions at the same time. Once you apply for a job vacancy you can find your applications inside your personalized portal underneath the tab ‘My vacancies’. One of our recruiters will review your application(s) and reach out to you to further discuss next steps.

For our internal positions we only need your CV and no cover letter. We like to get to know you firsthand by initially speaking to you over the phone to figure out if this is the right position for you.

When is the closing date for a job vacancy?

The closing date for a job vacancy varies depending on numerous factors. So in general there is no fixed time period for a job vacancy to be closed unless a closing date is mentioned in the vacancy. 
 

Where can I get more detailed information about a job vacancy?

If you want more information about the open positions you can always reach out to the contact person, mentioned on the vacancy, via an email or phone call. We are looking forward to hear from you.

What is the best way to apply for a job vacancy?

We have created a job engine that contains all available vacancies. When you see a vacancy that you like, just click on it to open the vacancy detail page. On this page you can find all the necessary information concerning the vacancy and also a ‘Apply now’ button. You will be asked to either log in or create an account. If you are ready to apply, just click on that button and our recruiters will be notified. You can also reach out to our recruiters via email or phone. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, we are looking forward to hear from you. 
 

What are the next steps after submitting an application?

After applying for a vacancy the recruiter mentioned in the vacancy will be notified. The recruiter will review your application and see if your profile fits with the requirements of the vacancy. If you are a match, we will contact you and invite you for a face to face interview.

What can I do to improve my resume and cover letter?

In general it is advised to create a cover letter and resume that matches the vacancy you are applying to. We have some great tips and tricks for you on our website. You can check them out by navigating to candidates and clicking ‘Tips and tricks’.

How should I dress for the interview?

nless otherwise instructed we advise you to come to an interview dressed in a formal way.
